• All orders are processed within 5-7 business days based on order quantity.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• Other Locations: 5–7 business days

• Remote areas may require additional delivery time depending on courier availability.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during festivals, sales, or unforeseen courier delays.

 

Shipping Charges:

• Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery pin code and volumetric weight of the package. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before finalising your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Please record a 360-degree unboxing video while opening your parcel. Make sure the video clearly shows the sealed box from all angles, the unboxing process, the contents inside, and any visible damage or incorrect items.

Note: We don't accept any claim without an opening video.

Return & Replacement Policy:

At Airyaroma, each candle is carefully handcrafted and packed with attention to quality. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a limited return policy.

We only accept replacement in the following cases:

• Damaged products

• Defective items

• Incorrect products delivered

• Missing products
